Attribution · Advisory · Execution
The reasoning layer that connects the dots across your deals.
Enterprise deals are non-linear decision trees. Covisio pairs a proprietary attribution engine with veteran deal strategists and ready-to-run execution assets, working as one system.
Definition
What is multi-conversation attribution?
Multi-conversation attribution connects every buyer interaction in a deal (calls, emails, internal meetings and support threads) across all stakeholders and the full customer journey, tracing each deal-health signal back to its source conversation. Instead of scoring one meeting at a time, it shows how objections evolve, where buyer consensus forms or fractures, and whether your champion is carrying your message internally.
Conversation intelligence records and scores individual meetings. Multi-conversation attribution reasons across all of them, so leaders see what is true about the whole deal, with evidence, rather than how a single call went.
01 · The Machine
Continuous, multi-conversation attribution.
Our attribution engine continuously reads every call and email in an account and connects them into one evolving picture. Leadership gets an unvarnished view of deal health, and every finding is traced back to the buyer’s own words.
- Stakeholder sentiment shifts
- Who is warming, who has gone quiet, and who never showed up at all.
- Unquantified cost of inaction
- Whether the buyer has put a number on standing still, or only on your price.
- Technical friction
- Objections that recur across calls and email, and whether anyone has closed them.
- Champion strength
- Whether your champion carries your message behind closed doors, or only in front of you.

Blind spot: The economic buyer has not appeared on a call in 23 days. Budget sign-off sits with her.
-
Risk: A security architect raised an SSO objection on two calls; no one has responded in writing.
-
Next play: Arm the champion with a one-page security brief and request 20 minutes with the CFO by Friday.
“Technically, it’s my boss who has the final say on this one.”
